Participants will be introduced to the Leading Lady Network Coaching Academy, its mission, and the importance of coaching in promoting female leadership. They will also learn the foundations of coaching and get an overview of the course curriculum.
Understanding Coaching
Students will learn the fundamentals of coaching and leadership, including the different types of coaching, essential skills and qualities required for a coach and a leader, and how to set up a coaching and leadership practice.
Coaching Skills & Techniques
Participants will learn a variety of coaching and leadership skills and techniques, including active listening, empathy, questioning techniques, goal setting, action planning, and communication skills. They will also learn how to apply the TAILOR Coaching Method to their coaching practice.
Coaching Ethics

Science of Coaching
