Meet Krizel Rodriguez
For more than 20 years, Krizel Rodriguez, La Reina of Leadership, has helped people grow into stronger leaders, find their voice, and recognize the value they bring.
But her work is also deeply personal. After surviving a rare one-in-a-billion infection following weight-loss surgery and spending three years searching for the right diagnosis, Krizel came away with a different perspective on leadership, ambition, visibility, and the time we spend waiting to pursue what matters to us.
She stopped waiting.
In her 40s, she stepped onto pageant stages, became a two-time TEDx speaker, built businesses, wrote books, earned national recognition, and continued the work that has been at the center of her career for decades: helping people recognize what they bring and have the confidence to bring it forward.
