I've always loved speaking. I was the kid in school who looked forward to presentation day while everyone else hoped it would be canceled. There was something exciting about sharing ideas, telling stories, and connecting with people.
That passion eventually became a career in leadership development, where I've spent more than two decades helping people grow their confidence, strengthen their skills, and become better leaders. Today, speaking allows me to combine two things I love most: leadership and people.
