I’ve always loved speaking.
I was the kid who looked forward to presentation day while everyone else hoped the teacher would forget about it. I loved standing in front of a room, sharing an idea, telling a story, and watching people connect with something I had to say.
Years later, I still love that moment.
But now I understand what can happen when someone hears the right message at the right time.
A conversation can help someone see a strength they’ve overlooked. A story can give them a different perspective. An idea can stay with them long enough to influence what they do when an opportunity comes.
That’s what I want to create every time I step onto a stage.
My own life has given me plenty to talk about. I’ve built businesses, developed leaders, coached speakers, survived something I statistically shouldn’t have survived, started chasing new dreams in my 40s, stood on TEDx stages, worn crowns, experienced incredible wins, and learned a few things the hard way.
I bring those experiences to the stage because I believe our stories become valuable when we use them to help someone else see what might be possible for them.
I want your audience to laugh. I want them to think. I want them to recognize something in themselves. And when they leave the room, I want them to have something they can actually do with what they heard.
