Many people know me as La Reina of Leadership.
I’m the founder of the Leading Lady Network, a platform dedicated to helping women step into leadership roles with confidence, visibility, and influence.
Over the years, I’ve worked with women across many industries who carry powerful ideas about leadership, growth, and resilience.
Along that journey, I had the opportunity to step onto two TEDx stages and share ideas that matter deeply to me.
Preparing for those talks showed me something important.
Many women have ideas that deserve to be heard on platforms like this.
They simply haven’t been shown how to structure and develop those ideas in a way that fits the format.

When does the program start?
The next cohort of The Royal Red Dot begins on April 23rd.
Participants will meet every Thursday for 8 weeks at 6:30 PM CST.
Each session is designed to guide you step-by-step through developing your idea, refining your talk, and preparing for TEDx opportunities.
What happens during the weekly sessions?
During the live sessions, we will work through the process of:
• developing your idea worth spreading
• structuring your talk
• refining your message and leadership perspective
• preparing for real TEDx opportunities
You will also have opportunities to receive guidance and feedback as you develop your talk.
Do I need speaking experience?
No.
Participants do not need to be professional speakers.
Many TEDx speakers are leaders who simply have a meaningful idea they want to share.
This program is designed to help you develop that idea and shape it into a compelling talk.
Will this program guarantee I get a TEDx talk?
Participants who complete the program and apply to every TEDx opportunity provided are covered by the Red Dot Guarantee.
If you follow the process and have not landed a TEDx talk by the end of the year, we will continue working together until you do.
What if I can’t attend a live session?
Live participation is encouraged because you’ll receive the most value from the discussions and guidance.
However, replays will be available so you can review the material if you miss a session.
