We are a leadership development company, a visibility platform, a speaking and training brand, a transformational ecosystem, and a movement designed to help women grow personally, professionally, and visibly.

Through leadership development, communication training, speaking opportunities, coaching, community, media, and transformational experiences, LLN helps women step into leadership with confidence and purpose while also supporting organizations in developing stronger, more visible leaders.

What began as a vision to create more space for women has evolved into a growing ecosystem focused on confidence, visibility, voice, opportunity, and connection.

The Five Crowns of Women's Leadership

Through years of leadership development, coaching, and working with leaders across industries, a common pattern emerged. Regardless of title, background, age, or experience level, women often faced many of the same leadership challenges.

These challenges consistently appeared in five key areas: confidence, visibility, voice, opportunity, and connection.

The Five Crowns of Women's Leadership represent the areas that influence a woman's ability to grow, lead, and create impact. Together, they provide a framework for understanding the challenges many women face and the support they need to thrive.

Krizel Rodriguez, known as “La Reina of Leadership,” is a keynote speaker, leadership strategist, two-time TEDx speaker, Amazon best-selling author, and the founder and CEO of Leading Lady Network and the Leading Lady Foundation.

As the current Grand Sovereign Ms., Krizel is redefining what leadership looks like by empowering women of all shapes, shades, sizes, and ages to lead with confidence, visibility, and purpose.

With over two decades of experience in leadership development, coaching, training, and organizational learning, Krizel has dedicated her career to helping individuals and organizations develop stronger, more confident, and more visible leaders. Her work combines transformational leadership development with strategies for visibility, communication, and personal growth, inspiring women to step boldly into every room they enter.

Krizel is the recipient of the “Redefining Leadership” Award presented by the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) and was recognized as an Austin Change Maker in both 2024 and 2026 by Austin Woman Magazine for her impact as a speaker, entrepreneur, leadership advocate, and community leader.

Through Leading Lady Network, Krizel has built a growing leadership ecosystem that includes leadership programs, speaking and coaching engagements, women’s leadership initiatives, media platforms, conferences, and transformational community experiences designed to help women increase their confidence, visibility, leadership presence, and opportunities.

She is also the creator of the TAILOR Method, a personalized leadership and coaching framework that helps women align their leadership journey with their unique strengths, voice, and purpose.
